The Pelham Kitties

Lots and lots of fun with the Fur Babies at the Pelham house. Kitties can be a real challenge, but with the lighting in the laundry room (yes, really the laundry room) and the chilled out personalities of all four, I had a great time. Enjoy Brady Boy, Katherine the Great, Olly Olly Oxenfree, and Ruby Kate.

Lilly

Beautiful, elegant, golden-eyed Lilly. Kitties always pose some extra challenges, but with tuna and lots of time I managed to capture your sweet face. Thank you, my lovely.

Blessing of the Animals

Sunday was the Annual Blessing of the Animals and I went to St. John's Episcopal Church
yesterday to snap some photos of the dog wash and the blessing. Friends Shelby and Vicky were there with their crew so I wanted to be sure and get their photos, but ended up taking photos of all the fun creatures that came! What a fun way to spend a few hours! I wish I could have taken Sophie to be blessed, but that might have been a bit more adventure than I could handle. Since she's not so good on a leash yet.

You can see all the photos at my Zenfolio site Enjoy!

Kitty Cats!

Yes, I love kitties, too! The grey kitty was from a session we did in the downtown Chain of Parks in Tallahassee. I couldn't believe what we came up with - two dogs and the cat in the park? Downtown? Won't the cat freak out? I was assured that he would totally behave and we wouldn't have any trouble at all, and they were right. He posed, rolled around a bit in the grass and back in the car he went!

This is my baby, Oscar.

And this is Valentine, my Hemingway kitty. Its always a challenge to take his photos, he sees me within a 100 yards and comes running. But you can't talk a cat out of loving you, can you?

The Strawn Fur Children

Stephanie asked me to come take Jake's 9 month photos but of course Frank the dog, had to get into the act and I was very happy to oblige. After a while, Frisky the cat wandered in and looked so regal and relaxed that I couldn't ignore her. What a good looking couple of kids, wouldn't you say?

Frank was sort of over it at the end. Excitement is over, back to sleep for me.
